I am an actively engaged therapist who will work to provide a therapy that fits your style. I draw from my experience working with different types of theory and technique. We may talk things out, or I may show you ways to help you relax. I seek to support you in trying out new ways of doing things through experimenting with different behaviors. In partnership and in thoughtful dialogue, we can work to understand and alter problematic patterns in relating.

Social Distancing
In order to observe social distancing, I have transferred my practice entirely to telemedicine.
I continue to hold a regular weekly schedule of psychotherapy treatment—now through encrypted video or phone sessions encompassing
individual, youth, child, and family mental health care.
I am also involved with professional groups exploring how psychologists can better deliver services that address the needs of our quickly changing world.
